Based on feedback, I’ve added an HTTPS certificate to http://www.posttestserver.com. You may now access the site from: https://posttestserver.com. Hopefully this helps some people.

It’s coming back. It’s down at the moment b/c I got overloaded by requests from Russia. So I’m making a few quick tweaks so I don’t get charged a fortune. Will be up by the weekend.
